Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Booking:

All reservations are subject to availability.

A deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. (Non-refundable.)

Full payment must be received 14 days or by another agreed-upon date prior to the scheduled tour. Without a deposit, the tour will not depart. (Failure to pay by the specified date will release the reserved spot to guests on our waiting list.)

2. Payment

A Payment can be made by online bank transfer or cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A. Cancellation by the Guest: regardiess of the reasons, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the trip: Php 2,000/person. Except for private tours, in which case the deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the trip: Php 7.000/person.

Cancellation within 0-7 days before the trip:

100% of the total price

B. Cancellation by the Resort: In the rare event that the resort needs to cancel a guest's reservation due to a severe weather warning announced by the authorities or if the Coast Guard cancels tourist boat activities.

The guest has 2 options.

1. Rebooking:

Guests can choose to reschedule their trip to the next available tour dates. This option allows them to retain their reservation and apply the funds towards a future booking without any additional charges. The rebooking is subject to availability and must be communicated to the resort in advance.

2. Cancellation and Refund

Alternatively, guests can cancel their booking and receive a refund. However, a non-refundable reservation fee of Php 2000 will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the guest The cancellation request must be communicated to the resort according to the specified cancellation policy

4. Number of participants

Group tours can be booked upon request.

5. Resort Policies

Guests are required to comply with all resort policies and guidelines during their stay.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who fail to adhere to the policies without any refund or compensation.

6. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God. government actions, or other unforeseen events

In the event of a force majeure, the resort will work with guests to the best of its ability to find suitable alternatives or arrangements.

7. Liability

The resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay.Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

8. Agreement

By submitting your reservation deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please proceed with booking the tour only if you agree to the aforementioned terms.
