A. Stornierung durch den Gast: Unabhängig vom Grund fallen folgende Stornierungsgebühren an:

Stornierung mehr als 14 Tage vor der Reise: PHP 2.000/Person.

Stornierung zwischen 8 und 14 Tagen vor der Reise: PHP 7.000/Person.

Stornierung innerhalb von 0-7 Tagen vor der Reise:

B. Stornierung durch das Resort: In dem seltenen Fall, dass das Resort die Reservierung eines Gastes aufgrund einer von den Behörden angekündigten Unwetterwarnung stornieren muss oder die Küstenwache touristische Bootsaktivitäten absagt.

Der Gast hat 2 Möglichkeiten.

1. Umbuchung:

Gäste haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Reise auf den nächsten verfügbaren Tourtermin zu verschieben. Diese Option ermöglicht es ihnen, ihre Reservierung beizubehalten und den Betrag ohne zusätzliche Kosten für eine zukünftige Buchung zu verwenden. Die Umbuchung unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit und muss dem Resort im Voraus mitgeteilt werden.

2. Stornierung und Rückerstattung

Alternativ können Gäste ihre Buchung stornieren und eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Vom gesamten Rückerstattungsbetrag wird jedoch eine nicht erstattungsfähige Reservierungsgebühr in Höhe von PHP 2.000 abgezogen. Der Restbetrag wird dem Gast zurückerstattet. Der Stornierungswunsch muss dem Resort gemäß den angegebenen Stornierungsbedingungen mitgeteilt werden

The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who fail to adhere to the policies without any refund or compensation.

The resort shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God. government actions, or other unforeseen events

In the event of a force majeure, the resort will work with guests to the best of its ability to find suitable alternatives or arrangements.

The resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay.Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
